Natalia Fabra is a Professor of Economics at Carlos III University.
She is President of the European Association for Research in Industrial Economics (EARIE), past President of the Spanish Economic Association, and serves on the Board of the European Economic Association (EEA). She is a Research Fellow at CEMFI, the Toulouse School of Economics (TSE), the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), and the Center for Economic Policy Research (CEPR).
She belongs to the Economic Advisory Group on Competition Policy (EAGCP) at the European Commission’s DG COMP. She is an Associate Editor at the Journal of the European Economic Association, the Economic Journal, and the International Journal of Industrial Economics. In 2014, she won the Sabadell-Herrero Prize for Best Young Spanish Economist.
Her main research interests are in the areas of energy and environmental economics and competition policy.
